#1 Pipeline, Productivity & Sales Performance Management App
Thirty-nine percent of the sample indicated that a ‘very likely’ or ‘extremely likely’ need for a pipeline, productivity and sales performance management app within 18 months. Many mentioned forecasting and other sales productivity issues as key challenges you currently face:
 "Tracking and reporting sales activities."
 "Ease of driving sales forecasting reports."
 "Forecasting - good simple forecasting that is not as expensive as what is out there!"

#2 Business Intelligence and Analytic App
One-third indicated a ‘very likely’ or ‘extremely likely’ need for a BI and Sales Analytics app. Many commented that reporting was a key issue for their company:
 "Need to narrow reporting to key reports and business drivers."
 "We need better reporting capabilities."
 " (‘SFDC’) Dashboards are a great tool but too restrictive...."

#3 Data Cleansing App
One-third of respondents indicated a ‘very likely’ or ‘extremely likely’ to need a data cleansing app. Several mentioned data cleansing as a key Salesforce issue:
 "Data maintenance"
 "Data clean-up and de-duping"
 "Worldwide customer account hierarchy clean-up"
